**Description**

We are a highly motivated and experienced Traffic Signal Control and Maintenance company that provide safety critical planned and reactive maintenance works to our clients on the UK’s national road infrastructure.

From our office in Bristol, we are well situated to serve the South West, South and South East of the UK, and we currently have several vacancies for enthusiastic and reliable Traffic Signal Operatives to join our **London **based service team on a full time permanent basis.

**What you will do.**

The purpose of this role is to carry out planned switch out and restores of traffic light controlled junctions and pedestrian crossings, along with periodic bulk lamp changing and equipment maintenance.

Proven experience within traffic light maintenance / traffic management is desirable, but not essential.

Current working days are Monday to Friday working to a weekly shift pattern, exact hours to be confirmed.

Overtime will be available as and when required by our client.

Although predominantly based in the North and Central London area, there may be a requirement from time to time to work in other areas.

Experience of working on the highway,

The ability to work on own or as part of a team,

Excellent organisational skills,

A good team player with a positive approach,

Ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment,

Organised, trustworthy and self-motivated,

The ability to work at heights (no more than 4 metres),

Physically fit,

Full clean driving licence,

**What we offer**

A competitive salary of £27k - £30k per annum plus overtime depending on experience.
