DMC Healthcare has established itself as a leading independent community-based provider of consultant-led, healthcare services, both insourced & outsourced. Firmly rooted in the NHS, we have been a trusted partner of choice for nearly 55 years, currently collaborating with 30+ NHS organisations and other customers, caring for 100,000+patients each year, spanning multiple ICBs and NHS Trusts across the UK.

**About the **Programme**:
During this comprehensive programme, you will rotate through different departments within our company, gaining hands-on experience and insight into various aspects of the business. You will receive mentorship and guidance from industry experts as you embark on this exciting journey of professional development.

**Location: This is an on-site role based at our recently refurbished head office (SE15 4PU) which is a five-minute walk from Peckham Rye station.**

**Areas of Focus**:
**Business Development**:Develop and execute the company's strategic plan, through identifying growth opportunities, strategic partnerships, and innovative solutions to drive business expansion and enhance service delivery.-
**Marketing**: Work closely with our marketing team to create marketing collateral, contribute to website management, closely support with conferences and events, and engage with social media platforms to enhance our presence.-
**Legal & Finance**: Assist our finance team with budgeting, sales proposals, and commercial schedules for tenders. Also learn the basics around accounting and reporting, payroll, supplier contracts, and management of legal documentation.-
**HR and Recruitment**: Work hand-in-hand our HR & Recruitment teams with onboarding, compliance, recruitment advertisement & postings, shortlisting, interview coordination, and job offer processes.
- **IT**:Support the IT team with day-to-day ticketing queries, stock and asset management processes, courier bookings, and with implementing innovative companywide IT refreshes and automations.
- **Operations**: Understand clinic operations, patient journeys, and business strategies to ensure excellent service delivery. This involves resource planning, customer relations, facilities management, procurement and patient feedback.
- **Governance**: Work with the Governance team to focus on Quality Assurance, Incident Management, Policies & Procedures, Clinical Standards, DPO Services, and Compliance with accreditations to ensure operational integrity and efficiency.
- **Initial six months will focus on Business Development and marketing, followed by departmental rotations every six months.**

**Salary and Benefits**:

- Starting salary of £26,000, rising to £27,000 following successful completion of probation. A further rise at one year to £28,000 and another rise to £30,000 at two years (based on performance).
