Bibby Financial Services have an exciting opportunity available for a reliable **Credit Controller **to join our team **hybrid working** in** Leeds.** You will join us on a** full time**, **permanent, **basis and in return, you will receive a **competitive salary of £24,500 - £26,500 per annum, plus benefits.**

**As our Credit Controller, **you will ensure the security and profitability of Bibby through efficient and effective credit control of a portfolio of clients.

**Your responsibilities as our Credit Controller will include**:

- Being a strong team player who proactively provides support across teams
- Reporting problem cases to the Collections Manager
- Ensuring the profitability of Bibby through efficient and effective credit control of a portfolio of debtors
- Establishing and maintaining a professional and efficient relationship with their allocated portfolio of debtors
- Providing excellent standards of customer service
- Ensuring that all relevant legislation and procedures are adhered to and complied with, including Data Protection, Consumer Credit Act and the Financial Conduct Authority
- Ensuring that security is maintained at all times within the systems operated by the company
- Any other duties or projects commensurate with the level of responsibility of this role, for which the role holder has the necessary experience and/or training

**What we are looking for in our Credit Controller**:

- Experience in a collections environment, particularly collecting on Business to Business lending
- Experience working within the Financial Services Sector
- Managing credit control of debtor portfolio whilst providing a high level of customer service + protecting Bibby’s interests at all times
- Listening and interpreting information - Good listening skills, understanding how and when to action information, to the appropriate person
- Providing excellent customer service
- Attention to detail
