**Our exclusive client is a construction company with 2 offices in the Northwest. They have been growing at a rapid speed over the last five years, and as such are looking for a Senior Administrator to join them at their Wigan site. This is a great opportunityto join a small and friendly team.
**Your new role**
The Business Administrator will be confident, able to use own initiative, well organised with a can-do attitude. They are responsible to the HSE Manager for ensuring the smooth running of the factory office administrative processes by providing good levelsof office support to the management of the site, the employees within the site and visiting head office staff, as well as all site visitors, while keeping company and employee data accurately. Additionally, the Business Administrator is responsible to theHR Manager for ensuring all factory HR activities are met accurately and within time limits, while safeguarding personnel data records accordingly. Job Responsibilities:

- Provide clerical and administrative support, keeping records and preparing ad hoc reports on the operation of the business as required
- Establishing and carrying out different operational policies, goals, and procedures as required
- Efficiently deal with Purchase Order administration and invoicing queries as required
- Produce reports to support management and production meetings weekly, and distribute accurate Minutes of the meetings accordingly
- Managing the general activities that are related to the factory manufacturing products and providing services to aid excellent record keeping
- Effectively manage agency relationships and maintain factory employee records
- Collaborate with the HR Manager to meet all the factory site employees needs and improve efficiency
- Research and introduce new ways to improve on existing business models through technology, when directed
- Ad hoc visits to Head Office in Shrewsbury
- To act as note taker for any formal procedure as requested either by Head of Production or HR Manager and issue accurate Minutes of meetings in a timely manner

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proven strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities
- Fast and accurate data entry skills with excellent attention to detail, Microsoft Office 365
- Flexible and able to manage stress while working independently and able to establish priorities without hands on supervision
- Experience of HR administration would be desirable to assist with employee relations as required
- Self-driven with a solution-orientated approach

**What you'll get in return**
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, 0730-1600, Friday, 0730-1300, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, additional birthday holiday (if falling on a weekday), pension, on-site car parking
