Training Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinating both front-of-house & back-of-house training schedules & trainers and based on requirements, schedules and rosters.
- Ensuring information is transferred to employee files and recorded.
- Ensuring employee mandatory and role specific recurrent training and refresher training is up to date.
- Assisting with classroom training where required.
- Being POC for airlines with regards to training.
- Assisting with external audits.
- Chairing weekly training meetings with department heads.
- Preparing weekly reports to head of STQ on base status.
- Remaining up to date with local procedures and working with the airport on initiatives.
- Working with local safety manager to ensure compliance in all matters
**Experience**:
- Highly organised
- Good with 365 products
- Proactive approach to training, looking for new ideas
- Engaging, able to lead a small team
- Works well with deadlines
- Previous aviation experience (Min 5-years)
- Knowledge of both Front and Back of House Duties
- Possession of training qualification (AET/RTITB)
- CIN Registration is advantageous
- Driving Licence Full
- Proven track record in training
**Salary**: £38,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
