**Location**: John Lewis Norwich

Working for REL Field Marketing within John Lewis, you will be the face of Panasonic TV as a Retail Sales Advisor / Brand Ambassador.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Building productive relationships in store and provide store staff with detailed product training and sales support to enable them to confidently promote products within the Panasonic award winning TV range
- Understand customer requirements and promote the Panasonic TV range in line with their needs
- Be the “eyes and ears” for Panasonic TV within the store.
- Achieve and exceed store sales KPIs
- Reporting daily

**You will have**:

- Very strong relationship building skills and pride yourself in your ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Retail or sales experience
- Technology experience is preferred and an interest in technology is a must
- A passion for sales and achieving targets
- The ability to work on your own initiative and effectively manage your own workload
