We serve a brilliant range of artisan drinks, alongside a fresh, ethical food offer including breakfasts, brunches and lunches. **What we’re looking for**: We are looking for an energetic, highly motivated person with the right experience to join our fantastic team on the next stage of our journey. You’ll need to be hard working and reliable - this is hospitality, after all - and keen to learn as much as you can. Most of all, you’ll love working with people. Your experience and skills should include:

- Some barista and/or catering/hospitality experience with a love and understanding of how to prepare a really great cup of coffee
- A passion for exceptional customer service and a pride in its delivery
- Experience of working in a busy, fast-paced environment with the ability to operate well under pressure and think on your feet
- Open minded attitude towards new ideas and innovation, and their implementation
- A desire to learn, develop and become a great team member

**What you will do**:You will be responsible for working front of house, delivering consistently great drinks, including milkshakes, frappes, teas and other speciality drinks. You will ensure our customers needs are met and they have a great visit. Of course there is cleaning and food hygiene to consider and at times you will be required to prepare sandwiches and paninis. You will have great communication and contribute to a positive atmosphere and overall job satisfaction. You will also play a part in the implementation of systems to help deliver the overall excellent standards that are expected.
