**Job Purpose**

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and forward-thinking Talent and Performance Manager to join our team. This is a newly created role which will ensure that Canada Life has a true culture of high performance and a strong pipeline of well-developedinternal successors who will deliver our strategic ambitions, live the Blueprint and are highly engaged.

You will also lead the development of the performance management ensuring it reflects best practice in what we do and how we do it and, through your influence, will champion the approach throughout the organisation to build a true culture of high-performance.

You’ll will provide expert advice to the People Strategy Team and engage with Senior Leaders across the organisation to drive awareness, engagement and champion the benefits of effective talent management, career development and performance management. Youwill be successful by using their influence and expertise in organisational development, talent and performance to help others adopt new ways of thinking on performance and talent, and work collaboratively with expert functions in the UK, Europe and Global.
