**About this opportunity**:
The Model and Service Strategy Stream Leads within Crown Bevcan EMEA are integral to the business strategy for the region, supporting standardisation and driving optimisation of systems and processes across our manufacturing plants.

A deep understanding of the manufacturing and production process is required, with experience gained in the sustainable packaging industry.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Capture existing and new business processes
- Propose simplification and standardisation of processes
- Handle system deployment and rollout of major models across the division
- Document processes and training material to facilitate transition to super users and support by the relevant project resource
- Provide a standard end user acceptance testing process meeting the business and EISS testing requirements
- Evaluate SAP releases
- Implement and maintain the appropriate toolsets, testing automation, BPML, Solman, flow charts, end user/support documentation
- Meet governance requirements and comply with SOX and ISO/ITIL framework procedures

**Required Education and Qualifications**
- Degree in an IT or Engineering related field

**Beneficial Education, Experience, Skills**
- ITIL Foundation Certification
- Prince2 Foundation Certification

**Required Knowledge and Experience**
- Knowledge and expertise in beverage can manufacturing production process
- Advanced Excel skills
