We are pleased to be advertising an exciting new post for a Directorate Head of People and Culture aligning to Rampton Hospital. This is a strategic HR business partner role, within our People & Culture Directorate but with accountability on a day-to-day basis to the Divisional Executive Director within Forensic Services.
The successful post holder will report to the Associate Director of People and Culture and will form part of the People & Culture Leadership Team but will crucially need to also develop effective working relationships with directorate and corporate colleagues to influence, challenge and support service delivery and ensure momentum with its people strategies.
The post holder must be a proactive HR business partner who can support, contribute, and play a key strategic role in supporting Rampton Hospital in the development and execution of its local operational strategies and strategic people plan. This will involve providing informed and pragmatic expert HR advice on organisational change, workforce planning, staff engagement, learning & organisational development. The post holder will support the directorate and the Trust in achieving its strategic objectives of being a ‘diverse, inclusive and a great place to work’ through implementation of Our People Plan.
To be successful in this role you will have a good track record of providing support to improve performance around key people metrics and finding solutions to challenging people matters. You must be able to develop effective relationships and credibility to add immediate value to the role. Coaching and influencing key stakeholders is crucial.
