Equilaw operates a national service within the equity release sector providing independent expert legal advice to those wishing to release equity from their home.

Due to our continued success and increase in work volumes, we are now looking to expand our scheduling team.

**THE ROLE**:
Reporting directly to the Service Quality Manager, in this role you will be planning appointments for our mobile agents who visit clients on our behalf. The main responsibilities include gathering information from new offers, compiling travel routes, taking into consideration general road traffic, travel conditions, road maintenance etc, and ensuring mileage does not exceed the set limit for each agent. You will then contact clients, allowing a set time for each client visit, scheduling the appointment, and liaising with our mobile agents to confirm arrangements.

This role relies largely on thinking outside the box and building relationships with those out on the road is vital, so a proactive mindset is essential.

In addition, you may be required to support the team in processing equity release matters as directed by the Team Manager. This may include opening and closing cases and general administration work.

**ESSENTIAL CRITERIA**
- Hold GCSE in Maths & English (Grade A*- C)
- Experience using Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience working within a service-driven administrative team

**DESIRABLE CRITERIA**
- Hold a driving licence and have some knowledge of travel/roads
- Experience in logistics / booking appointments

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Ability to work on own initiative with a pro-active approach
- Assertive, practical
- Exceptional telephone manner
