Key Responsibilities- Coordinate production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Review and distribute production schedules to department supervisors and team members.
- Monitor inventory levels and resolve stock variances to ensure optimal stock profile.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely receipt of materials and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Organize and confirm external transport arrangements to ensure efficient delivery of products.
- Develop and maintain production schedules and reports to ensure optimal production optimization.
- Collaborate with shop floor management to resolve manufacturing concerns and ensure smooth production operations.
- Support stock control and accuracy requirements to ensure high-quality products.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive retail industry.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, and strong computer skills.
- Good customer service and phone skills, with flexibility to handle a wide range of activities.
- Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify solutions to problems and maintain high levels of accuracy in work preparation.
Monday to Thursday: 07:00 to 15:30
Friday: 07:00 to 14:30
