We are looking for experienced and ambitious **PSV Engineers **to join Arriva, based at our **Redcar Depot**.

Join a great, highly-skilled team working in a well-equipped bus depot with up to date diagnostics equipment, maintaining over 56 buses and coaches. Our Redcar Depot operates 6 working stations, including pits and vehicle lifts, and houses generous tooling and specialist equipment.

As a PSV Engineer, your role would involve carrying out planned and preventative maintenance along with diagnostic fault finding and reactive repairs to a fleet of commercially operated buses & coaches, to the strict standards set by both Arriva, and the DVSA.

**The role will involve**:
Servicing, maintenance and repairs to Arriva and DVSA standards

Continuous improvement of vehicle reliability

MOT preparation, planned preventative maintenance campaigns and quality checks

Vehicle fault diagnosis and ensuring reliability and maintenance is kept to Arriva Standards (Higher than DVSA)

Attending roadside breakdowns

Working 5 days over 7 - earliest start 05:00, latest finish 12:30

**Requirements**:
Qualifications for PSV/HGV maintenance and repair - Minimum of NVQ level 2 or any equivalent international qualification (will require confirmation)

Qualifications for car and light vehicles will be considered - Minimum of NVQ level 3 or any equivalent international qualification (will require confirmation)

A full UK driving licence (6 points or less)

Ability to be passed fit for a PCV pre-employment medical
