A business in Newcastle-under-Lyme is on the lookout for Customer Service Administrator’s to join a brand-new scheduling team with the aim of bridging the gap between the sales and haulage teams.

Full training and support will be provided with this position.

Day to day you’ll be responsible for:

- Calls with customers to confirm schedules and book in delivery dates
- Optimising haulage capacity and updating CRM with accurate information
- Working alongside the Planning team to action schedule changes
- Onboarding customers to the portal

You’ll likely be someone who’s working in administration, eager to learn new skills and be a part of an exciting opportunity where you'll make a real impact on a brand-new team.
