**Bid Coordinator**
**Location: Oxfordshire**
**Salary: £30,000 - £35,000**

Recruit 12 has an exciting opportunity for a **Bid Coordinator** to join a world class and world-renowned business in the nuclear industry, providing the design and development of unique, first-of-a-kind bespoke robotic remote handling technology to clients globally for nuclear decommissioning and waste management.

They are recruiting for a Bid Coordinator to enhance their core Sales team. You will take on responsibility for coordinating aspects across the sales and business process in the UK.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the Bid Manager when required on bids including setting up project plan and providing support with client interface and communication via e-portal/CTM system.
- Managing, reviewing, and updating bid library content, liaising with the Marketing team to help creating and updating bid CVs and case studies.
- Coordinate bid production activities for prequalification questionnaires.
- Ensuring quality of bid responses always achieve top scoring and target win rate.
- Assist in management of the planning and project management of the production and delivery of all bid projects to ensure these are delivered within the submission timescales.
- Consolidate content from contributors into the required format and flag gaps to the Bid Manager.
- Reading and understanding client bid documentation, deadlines, and submission requirements.
- Contribute to the written proposal - both in terms of content and presentation.
- Ensure best practice and adherence to existing bid procedures, governance, and processes.

**Experience**:

- Experience within bids and tenders is required for this role, with a minimum period of 12 months in such a role.
- Experience with tender documentation and a good base knowledge of the language used within said documentation.
- Experience with governance support is desirable.
- A Business Management background (degree or work experience) is beneficial but not essential.
- Well organized and able to prioritize.
- Attention to detail and accuracy is critical.
- Knowledge and understanding of the Nuclear Sector bidding is an advantage but not essential.

Recruit12 is a recruitment specialist, working within the Automotive, Advanced Engineering, Nuclear Industry, Renewable Energy and Construction sectors.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
