**Duties**
- Coordinate sales activities: Work closely with sales teams to facilitate the sales process, including generating leads, scheduling appointments, and following up on inquiries.
- Prepare and process sales orders: Ensure accuracy and completeness of sales orders, including verifying pricing, quantities, and delivery details.
- Communicate with customers: Act as a point of contact for customers, providing information about products, services, and order status, and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Maintain sales records: Keep accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and order status, using CRM systems or other sales management tools.
- Assist with sales analysis: Generate sales reports and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with other departments: Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities and timely fulfillment of orders.
- Provide administrative support: Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing sales presentations, coordinating meetings, and managing sales-related documentation.
- Support sales team: Assist sales representatives with administrative tasks, logístical support, and customer communication to help them achieve their sales targets.
- Ensure customer satisfaction: Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction, address any issues, and foster long-term relationships.
- Stay informed about industry trends: Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to support strategic decision-making and sales efforts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £30,966.00 per year
