First Mailing is a progressive, well established Direct Mail company based in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire. We are looking for a Customer Services Administrator to provide general administration support to our Account Managers and External Sales Managers.

The applicant must be computer literate and have a good telephone manner. You must be able to work on your own initiative as well as proving to be a good team player assisting colleagues within other departments. You will need to be well spoken, presentable and very organised with excellent attention to detail.

There will be the occasional requirement for offsite travel and meetings with clients or suppliers.
We are ideally looking for someone with experience in customer service & administration roles however in house training will be provided.

This is a full-time position from 8:30am - 5pm Monday - Friday.
