We are delighted to be recruiting as part of the Student Record System (SRS) project. This is a major transformation project focused on improving processes to ensure that the new system enables the University of Plymouth to offer an excellent experience to both staff and students. The University has procured SITS by Tribal as the new SRS and we have begun a period of engagement, planning and preparation ahead of the next phase of the project.

The role we are currently recruiting for is a Programme Support Officer who will be responsibile for individual and overall support in the project phases including solution design, change management, development, testing and deployment. Based in the Emdeck Building at our city centre campus, you will be key to coordinating workshops and meetings, updating project level plans and documents, managing the RAID log, preparing project highlight reports, tracking project spend against budget and more.

This is a full-time position working 37 hours per week on a fixed-term basis until Wednesday 31 December 2025 due to Business Demand
