**Salary**: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity Systems Analyst to inform and support delivery of the Digital Enablers needed to achieve the organisation’s ambitions and transformation programme outcomes.

As part of a dynamic team responsible for transforming Certitude’s digital landscape, you will work with leaders, teams, people we support and their families across our organisation to develop and deliver digital projects and programmes that will improve our business, our culture, and our ability to provide outstanding support to people.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Systems Analyst. Reporting to the Programme Manager, you will support programmes and projects by providing analysis and designs across the project portfolio from concept though to delivery of our target operating model.

**Duties will include**:
Establish and maintain effective relationships and ways of working with all stakeholders to understand and document the complex, interdependent and wide-ranging business needs of the organisation.
Identify and understand internal and external stakeholder requirements and translate into project proposals and briefs.
Review, analyse and evaluate existing systems and processes to identify technical improvement opportunities and appropriate solutions.
Map and document solutions/interfaces between legacy, existing and proposed systems.

About you

Experience of business analysis and solution architecture, design and implementation in a digital transformation environment.
Engaging and managing multiple stakeholders across all levels of the organisation, ideally in the context of implementing significant change
Experience of successful management and change of complex processes and of developing customer relationships
Business analysis experience in public or third sector environment
