Job Summary:
We are seeking gardeners (full and part time) to join our team. They will be responsible for performing a variety of horticultural tasks related to maintenance, repair, and general upkeep of the grounds. This position requires excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as grass cutting, weeding, propagation, hedge trimming etc
- Conduct inspections to identify issues and recommend solutions
- Respond to maintenance issues on equipment in a timely manner
- Install and repair fixtures, furniture, and equipment
- Assist with general cleaning and janitorial duties as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of general maintenance procedures
- Proficiency in horticulture, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication and customer service skills

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in grounds maintenance
- Experience with a variety of equipment including ride on mowers, hedge trimmers chainsaws etc

This is a paid position with competitive compensation based on experience, with the option of live-in accommodation. We offer opportunities for career growth and development within our organization.

Pay: From £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 12 per week
