MCD Heating Administrative role
A fast moving and exciting Administrative role has arisen to join a small heating and plumbing company based in Droitwich. You will be responsible for handling any incoming enquiries and liaising with clients and other members of the team accordingly.
The job role includes:
Answering telephone calls
Booking appointments with customers
Entering new properties on our systems
Organising the engineers’ diaries and routes
Entering accurate notes onto our database
Ordering from suppliers
Providing quotations to customers
Providing excellent customer service to existing and potential clients
Maintaining work relationships and rapport with our customers
Being able to meet deadlines and demands
Ensuring work orders are completed
Required skills and competencies:
Having a solid understanding of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
Being approachable and having excellent customer skills is essential
Having good organisational aptitude
No previous expertise of heating or plumbing is required
Job type: Full-time, permanent contract and is office based in Droitwich
Working hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (40 hours per week)
**Salary**: 20,000 per annum
**Salary**: £20,000.00 per year
