We have an exciting opportunity for a Freight Agent to join the Freight team in Jersey.

We are looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service, eager to learn and able to share our TRUE Values.

**5 years Residency NOT required for this role**

**The Role**

This role forms part of a fantastic, hardworking team of which you will be a key member. As a Freight Agent you will ensure excellent customer service is delivered to our Freight customers and to ensure that best working practices are always adhered to, to ensure a safe environment and a positive customer experience.

You will also be involved with:

- Assist with checking-in, marshalling, loading/unloading, collection of passenger vehicles and freight/goods to and from all company vessels.
- Assist in the preparation and completion of all paperwork and administrative procedures relating to all vehicle, passenger, freight and vessel movements
- Meet daily targets and attend the team briefings
