Due to continued growth, **Reverse life Ltd **have an opening for a **Customer Service Advisor **to join our team in our Altrincham-Based office.

Your main role will be focused on supporting the customer service team in dealing with customers on a day-to-day basis via different platforms.
You must have a passion for helping others and an interest in the **Health and Beauty industry** and must be willing to go above and beyond in a customer centric focused business.

**The Role**
- Directly interacting with customers across inbound and outbound communication channels providing a friendly and efficient service.
- Taking ownership of customer issues and attempt to resolve including liaising with other departments before escalating to CS Manager.
- Responding to customer reviews on public review sites e.g Trustpilot
- Respond to customer reviews on public review sites e.g Trustpilot.
- Process returns and refunds
- Retain customers through providing excellent customer service and finding solutions to problems to ensure we are giving the customer the best experience at each point of communication.

**The Person**
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Previous experience in Customer retention or Commercial Customer Service role essential
- At least 2 years’ experience in an office-based customer service role
- Good phone etiquette
- Computer literate
- You must work well to deadlines & have excellent multi-tasking skills
- You must have the ability to multitask, organise and prioritise work load.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
