Are you passionate about providing behavioural change support for those looking to improve their health?

DDM Health provides scalable, engaging, and effective digital health interventions with clinically validated peer-reviewed outcomes. DDM has developed two AI-led digital health interventions that have been clinically validated and proven in a multitude of clinical and commercial settings. DDM’s multi-award-winning, recognised innovations are low-cost and globally scalable.

DDM is seeking an experienced Health Coach who has previously delivered face-to-face and digital weight management and lifestyle interventions. The role is education-focused, with the intention of enabling people to take control of their health through lifestyle changes.

**What we want from you**:

- Provide one-to-one and group-based support using motivational interviewing and behaviour change techniques as part of a Tier 2 Weight Management Service.
- The passion to empower and educate people with your writing and support.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, take direction, receive feedback, and execute accordingly.
- Comfortable providing digital and face-to-face support.

**Requirements**:

- BSc in Nutrition or Psychology
- Training in behaviour change and motivational interviewing
- Experience in group-led and one-one health coaching

Fluent in written and spoken English, and able to work within the UK

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £21,000.00-£26,500.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 - 37.5 per week
