**What Will You Do**
- Creating, dealing with, and following up on new and existing leads.
- Ensuring the customer database is updated on a daily basis.
- Building strong relationships with customers, recommending and demonstrating correct products for their needs.
- Promoting the park and the local area through local marketing initiatives to generate leads.
- Preparing and maintaining high standards with all show homes and on-site marketing.
- Working as part of a park team you will be focused on consistently delivering a five star service.
- Completing sales paperwork, ensuring the sales operation is operating to the standards set out by the site licence and the business

**What Will You Bring**
- To have a friendly and outgoing personality and a with a can-do attitude.
- Demonstrate high levels of integrity and credibility at all times.
- Be ultra-reliable and be a fantastic team player that can operate in a fast thinking environment.
- To have excellent communication skills and the ability to converse with all customers.
- Good telesales skills.
- Possess very good planning and organisational skills.
- A high skill level in administration, diary management and the ability to follow up within agreed time frames.
- Driving licence required
