Adgbenfash Consulting Limited is an OISC-authorised Immigration Service provider, licensed to provide immigration advice and offer up to Level 3 immigration services in the following divisions: Asylum & Protection, Immigration, and Advocacy & representations at all levels.
Assisting with HR Projects - implementation of new HRIS (Success Factors), talent mapping and succession
- Collaborating with the legal department to communicate the associated requirements with every applicable HR-based regulatory, legal, and compliance training program
Assist in the management of the change process, including developing strategies for consultations to support reorganisations, restructures and effectively communicate in a sensitive manner with others, explaining the implications of decisions taken
Protect all confidential, commercially sensitive, and personal information belonging to Adgbenfash Consulting Limited or any of our current or prospective clients
Manage workload to ensure deadlines and SLAs are met
Generating invoice and billing procedures for clients and reconciling accounts where necessary
Overseeing diverse projects and partnering with different stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of different
**Required Skills**:
- A strong academic background in Human Resource Management or any relevant qualification. Level 3 or 5 CIPD is desirable but not essential OR Legal background or Paralegal experience in a common law jurisdiction (highly desirable but not a requirement for this position)
- Relevant experience in Project Management, Payroll management, and invoicing systems. Previous experience working within a legal or corporate environment is essential
- A minimum of OISC Level 1 training. Relevant experience or intended career progression in Immigration Law is highly desirable for this role.
- High attention to detail and excellent communications skills to work effectively with different clients
