Our client in the retail industry are seeking an experienced and hands on Payroll Manager to take control of the payroll function and oversee a Payroll Coordinator.

Reporting into the Head of Finance, the Payroll Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire in-house payroll function. Hands on payroll processing of fixed and variable pay and processing commissions, bonuses and dealing with all queries.

Being responsible for the training and development of the Payroll Coordinator as well as developing and refining existing payroll processes. Providing advice on ongoing payroll and pension matters.
