Paid Search Executive

**Location**:The Speechmark, London (Hybrid working)

**Hours**: 37.5 per week - Monday to Friday

This role forms a critical part of Vodafone’s in-house media team, that will take a key role in the Paid Search Channel within the Biddable Media team. This reflects the next phase of digital transformation at Vodafone, and an emphasis on delivering againstits Operating Principles of Transparency, Ownership, and Independence.

Success in this role at Vodafone will depend heavily on both their credible technical expertise and experience, but also their ability to work well in an extremely fast-paced and demanding environment, and in collaborating / influencing across teams.

**What will you be doing?**
- Be an integral part of the Paid Search team, Work closely with the Paid Search Specialists.
- Integration internally: Brand / Performance / Consumer / Segments.
- Execute campaigns to deliver against media and business outcome KPI’s that have been agreed with the Specialist, managing account, reporting and optimisation.
- Effectively and independently manage accounts in line with best practice.
- Work with direction from the Search Lead and Specialist to implement campaign builds based on their high level strategy.
- Responsible for supporting the team with high quality analysis.
- Harness 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party data sets, to deliver effective segmentation and outcomes.
- Support Specialists on Finance related tasks and monthly reconciliations.
- Ensure right creative format use across search platforms., fulfilling media quality and personalisation goals, demonstrating A/B testing approach as lead by the Specialist.

**Who are we looking for?**
- Expertise driving performance on enterprise-level accounts, analysis skills, appreciation of the digital marketing landscape and an organized approach.
- Hands-on and operational experience of search technology platforms, i.e. Essential for Google Ads and advantageous for SA360.
- Search PPC knowledge including account and keyword strategies, Remarketing, KPIs and targets, script development / account automation tools, and related products, e.g. Google Shopping.
- Very good data management and analytical skills, preferably from performing large scale analysis on media spend and performance, with strong attention to detail.
- Clear understanding of dashboarding technologies eg. Datorama, Data Studio.
- Can work independently, but collaboratively.
- Good communication skills - written and visual.
- Proven track-record solving problems and achieving targets.

**Advantageous technical / professional qualifications**:

- Platform certifications i.e. Google Search Ads (Search, YouTube, GDN) preferred.
- Basic knowledge of SEO
