**The Business**:
We are on a mission to take the junk out of junk food.

Why we’re here - Consumers are finding it too hard to move away from treats, so instead of hoping the nation will no longer overindulge, we saw an opportunity to partner with the science community to re-think the way sweet bakery products are made and demonstratethat manufacturers can formulate for more 'responsible indulgence’.

How we do it - We blend scientific research with cutting-edge technology to significantly reduce the fat and sugar contents in bakery products. Revolutionising the health implications and quality of bakery products.

Where we’re at - We’ve developed an unbelievable doughnut that has the same calories as a slice of buttered toast (as well as not being high in sugar, fat, saturated fat, calories, Non - HFSS compliant, CQUINN compliant, no artificial preservatives, coloursor flavours...you get the idea).

Our doughnut made a huge splash last August when we launched our first store in Brighton, quickly followed by our arrival in Clapham Junction - you can’t miss us With major retail partners on board and new stores in the pipeline, we are well on our wayto creating an incredible footprint.

The business was founded by former CEO of Graze and previously with Innocent and has incredible backing from investors committed to positive system change in health.

**The Job**:
We’re on the hunt for a social legend who has the creative flair and strategic smarts to make our brand channels absolutely fly. You’ll live and breathe social and be brimming with ideas on how to captivate an audience, utilising an array of different formatsand techniques to cut through. From designing a robust social strategy to creating and optimising content, you’ll have your finger on the pulse of trending topics, be confident about jumping in on big cultural moments that are relevant to the brand and beout scouting the best partners and influencers for us to work with.

In this role you will:

- Build incredible knowledge about the brand, the category that we play in and our target audience.
- Develop and execute creative and engaging social media strategies, working alongside the marketing and design team.
- Manage the day-to-day handling of social media content across channels including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, adapting content to suit different channels.
- Spot social opportunities within wider creative ideas.
- Develop a monthly social editorial calendar.
- Create and publish engaging content.
- Create content in-the-moment in response to social trends.
- Ensure legal compliance of content (e.g., copyright and data protection).
- Develop innovative creative in response to marketing activations.
- Present ideas comprehensively to the team, confidently explaining and supporting your thinking.
- Amend and redevelop content in response to feedback.
- Understand performance metrics and use them to inform future creative development.
- Be responsible for the full creative funnel, from ideation to creation of social content.
- Manage our community, reacting and responding to social conversations appropriately.
- Understand social platforms and trends in real time to trigger new ideas and proposals for campaigns.

We run a hybrid working model with 2-3 days per week at home, and an office in London.
- A social native, active across a multitude of platforms
- TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Demonstrate passion for socially-led creative thinking.
- Experience developing social content, personally and/or professionally.
- Experience in developing or implementing social strategies.
- A keen eye on emerging social trends across platforms such as TikTok, Reddit, and Discord.
- Experience of crafting reactive content in response to social trends.
- A keen eye for visual details and accuracy.
- A deep understanding of consumer behaviour and adapting content plans to address the needs of the community. - Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- A great team player. - Experience of basic camera work, editing and design.
- Understanding of advertising platforms.
- Any experience or understanding of paid media would also be a bonus.
