**National Sales Administrator (Maternity Cover)**
**- Home Based**

At CCF, we are looking for an energetic individual to provide Customer Sales Support, working collaboratively within our thriving Sales Office team based working from Home. Within this role you will be responsible for coordinating inbound and external calls and orders for customers, offering a single point contact for pricing and ordering for our large National customers.

Linking with our Key Account Managers and framework team, you will partner with them to contribute to our sales growth through proactive customer engagement. If you, like us, keep the customer at the heart of everything that you do then we have the perfect role for you

If you are passionate about sales and offering great customer service, then we may have the role for you. You don't need to come from the construction industry or even know our products, we will support you with a great on-boarding experience and training.

Previous industry knowledge is not necessary for this role and we will provide the training and support you need to excel in your role.

The CCF National Sales Team is a fantastic team, which is managed by our National Sales Team Manager who has created a fun and professional atmosphere. You will be working closely alongside friendly and knowledgeable colleagues in the team who are there to support you every step of the way. **Hours - **40 hours per week

**What will I be doing?**
- Providing a high quality telephone customer service, answering all calls in a polite, positive and courteous manner.
- Using sales skills to question, probe, prepare basic objectives, plan for objections and create solutions.
- Processing daily sales activity on our internal systems, ensuring procedures used are in accordance with company administrative guidelines.
- Taking ownership for quotes, making proactive outbound calls ensuring we maintain and follow up all quotations, highlighting and recording successes and detailing reasons for failures.
- Ensuring all customer / supplier queries are actioned and resolved within the specified time given.

Proven ability of working within a sales negotiator type role.

Great customer services skills

Good product knowledge within the building materials/merchant industry

Build strong relationships with multiple customer and internal stakeholders

Proven experience in identifying new sale opportunities and creating solutions for customers
