We are working with a well-established and growing company in Northampton who are looking to expand their existing warehouse team and are seeking an efficient and dynamic Warehouse Administrator.

This role will be to work closely with the warehouse, supply chain and customer service teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of orders.

This role is permanent and working full time office hours, earning a competitive salary with excellent company benefits.

**The role**
- Monitor team inbox and reply to enquiries in a timely manner
- Track customer deliveries and liaise with couriers for any missing or delayed products
- Work closely with supply chain to review and chase purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of orders
- Monitor and maintain stock data and communicate due stock to wider teams
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, logistics and transport providers
- Work closely with sales and customer service teams
- Liaise with transport companies to ensure efficient deliveries
- General office support and administration

**The person**
- Be self-motivated, organised and have excellent organisational skills
- Possess fantastic attention to detail
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience working in warehouse, transport or supply chain administration roles
- Understanding of supply chain processes and demand planning
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Excel and Sage knowledge would be advantageous

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
