**New opportunity for an experienced Air Freight Import Coordinator to join a well established Freight Forwarder based at their Heathrow office.**

**This is a varied and challenging role dealing with dedicated customer accounts processing Air Freight Import shipments, all aspects start to finish including**:
Ensuring you are managing all aspects of the import process

Completing custom procedures with total accuracy

Obtaining and communicating internally and externally all necessary information

Managing customer issues and the ability to deal with minor issues, disputes or complaints

Ensuring documentation is up to date

Assist with staff training and sharing knowledge within the team

**Minimum of 3 years experience in Air Freight Imports is essential including Sequoia/Cargowise system knowledge and a good working knowledge of Customs including Home Use / CFSP / Warehousing / Bonds / T1''s / NCTS**

**Salary**: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
