**Job Title: Learning Support Worker - Secondary School SEN**

**Location**: Ashington, Northumberland

**Contract Type**: Temporary (Supply basis)

**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:15 am to 3:30 pm

Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of learners with special educational needs? We are currently seeking a dedicated Learning Support Worker to join our team at a Secondary School located in the vibrant heart of Northumberland. This temporary role, with the potential to go permanent, involves working with Secondary aged learners with a focus on Autism and other Moderate Learning Difficulties.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide support to learners with special educational needs, including those with Autism, across various age groups.
- Assist in the implementation of personalised learning plans.
- Comfortable with personal care tasks as required.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- A genuine passion for working with learners who have special needs.
- Experience with Autism spectrum disorders is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
