With our global network of artistic partners and in-house design team, we work with industry-leading interior design studios, art consultants, and international procurement firms to deliver art design and production services for reputable hospitality brands and private residences globally. We proudly service clients such as Waldorf Astoria, JW Marriott, Banyan Tree, Jumeriah, and Sheraton Group.

**Art Sales Representative (EMEA)**

The role will work closely with the strategy and production team and is ideally suited for organised and personable individuals with a passion for interior design, home décor, and/or art as it involves building a solid understanding and/or learning of specialist knowledge, i.e., different art materials, art and framing techniques, means of installation etc, as well as being able to follow through with any issues onsite post-handover.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Independently research, create, and develop leads
- Maintains and builds relationships with new and existing prospects
- Creatively define and deliver sales and growth strategy in the region
- Gaining solid understanding of our collection, art techniques and processes
- Understanding project brief and effectively working with the design team to build proposals suited to client and project needs
- Efficiently manage and follow through as project develops, from initial product ideation, specification development, to production, delivery logistics and installation
- Working with marketing team to identify and create opportunities for sales, increase overall Silian presence in the region

This role will be a full-time role based in Chelsea, London.

Pay will be base salary+commission.

**About you**:

- Experience in a sales or business development role along with client relationship management is essential; preferably in interior, art, property and/or hospitality
- Previous experience working with art or decorative accessories is a plus
- Having at least a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in art, design, business, business development related fields
- Should have experience independently and proactively creating and developing leads through market research, social selling, cold calls etc into successful sales
- Should have a proven sales track record in achieving revenue targets
- Strong verbal and written communication skills along with excellent listening skills
- High proficiency in any second language is highly desirable (particularly in French, German, Italian, Spanish, Chinese or Arabic)
- Must be highly motivated, results-driven and commercially aware
- Must be confident, articulate, and personable
- Positive attitude and demonstrated ability to deal with rejection
