We are looking for someone with all the skills required to help run and keep a home in first class condition and with a keen eye on health and safety.

Pre-empting issues arising through preventative maintenance and resolving when problems arise.

Experience in painting & decorating, bathroom grouting &sealant repairs, picture hanging, minor plumbing, minor furniture repairs, diagnosing and resolving heating system issues is required.

You will be able to resolve basic maintenance issues yourself and help diagnose, organise and coordinate more specialised action when required.

In addition, you could be called upon to take care of more mundane tasks such as moving furniture, delivering beds etc, in fact any of the many tasks required to ensure our guests enjoy the highest levels of customer service.

The ability to organise and adapt one’s own work schedule according to tasks arising including those at short notice is very important.

Attention to detail and quality workmanship is essential.

Experience of PAT electrical testing is also desirable.

Experience in setting up of TV’s and Wifi beneficial,

Based at our office in Wokingham, you will be required to drive to various locations within the Thames Valley.

A motor vehicle (van) provided.

Salary level will be based on experience.

The role is full time on a permanent basis and will require occasional out of office work when the need arises.
