We are looking for a Junior Marketing Assistant with experience to assist our Marketing team to help develop the Zenco Legal brand and grow the business through marketing campaigns.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute Marketing campaigns including Paid advertisements across various channels
- Write content and creatives that will be a hit with our audience
- Implement and grow the marketing strategies that aligns with company goals and raises brand awareness, creates conversation and ultimately deliver website visits and conversions
- Take ownership of the Social Media calendar
- Identify trends and insights
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
- Working alongside our Paid Ads team to create and manage paid social campaigns to support activity
- Help update our suite of websites
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in marketing
- Proven track record of building and maintaining audiences
- Experienced in working with media reporting tools
- Strong analytical knowledge allowing data to be turned into engaging content
- Experience using social media monitoring and scheduling platforms
- Consumer awareness - quick to understand a brand's audience
- Extensive knowledge of current and future channels
- Excellent written, verbal and numeracy skills
- Great communication skills and ability to work as well as a team
- Excellent presentation skills, both verbal and written

**Essential skills**
- Microsoft Office
- Enjoy working in an organised manner with a keen eye for detail
- Strong verbal communication skills at all levels

**Not Essential but beneficial skills**
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS & Javascript
- Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite
- Understanding of CRM systems
- Understanding of SEO
