We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team at Kings Dock in Swansea.
As an experienced Supervisor you will:
**.** Ensure the smooth and safe, day to day operation of the Site/Yards production.
**.* Deputise in the absence of the site manager and be the main point of contact. **.* Ensure all health & safety requirements are adhered to and any non compliance is reported.

You will also be an experienced Loading Shovel Driver as you will assist the team to operate the plant and associated equipment to facilitate production of materials for our customers needs.

Responsibilities as Loading Shovel Driver:

- Operating machinery in a safe and efficient manner
' Loadout of material onto vehicles
- Undertake all loading shovel operations as required
- Follow site Health and Safety rules and procedures at all times
- Perform any other task given within your capabilities

Hours of work are: Monday to Thursday 6am to 6pm, Friday 6am to 5pm, Saturday 6am to finish. Weekend working is a requirement and is paid at a premium.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £12.50-£15.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
