Work Wales are currently working with an organisation providing homelessness support to services users throughout the Swansea. We are currently looking to recruit a part-time cleaner/caretaker on a temporary basis.

The role:

- Provide cleaning services to properties between tenancies
- Carry out minor repairs as necessary
- Undertake painting/decorating as required and agreed supervisor
- Identifying and reporting any larger repairs/maintenance requirements
- Complete any necessary documentation associated with the role

**Requirements**:

- Understanding of all relevant Health & Safety requirements, including COSHH and manual handling
- Competent IT level to complete associated admin
- A driver with access to own vehicle with business insurance
- A basic DBS certificate

This position is for a 4 week period initially, with a possible extension.

**Salary**: £10.90 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence with business insurance (required)
- basic DBS certificate (required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Swansea
