**THE OPPORTUNITY**

A new opportunity has arisen within the Turnaround & Restructuring team based in the firms Manchester office, offering exposure to a wide range of Corporate Insolvency, Recovery & Restructuring cases involving stressed and distressed corporate businesses.As a leading Global Advisory & Consultancy Practice, the business offers great benefits, superb career development and opportunities both within the UK and Internationally.

As a Consultant within the Turnaround & Restructuring team, responsibilities will include:

- Working on Trading Administrations and supporting on Accelerated M&A transactions - drafting IM's, dealing with interested parties / potential buyers
- Involvement in a wide variety of other formal insolvency cases including Liquidations (CVL's), Company Voluntary Arrangements (CVA's), Receiverships and a range of Strategic Advisory projects
- Analysing the financial statements and management accounts of distressed businesses, preparing cash flow forecasts and projections

**THE PERSON**

You will be an Accountancy or Corporate Insolvency / Recovery professional able to demonstrate the following:

- Graduate with at least 3 - 4 years relevant industry experience (accountancy
- Part or Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA) or possibly a CPI Qualified Insolvency Professional
- Strong analytical skills and an understanding of accountancy & finance, corporate insolvency case experience is would be advantageous
- A desire to continue developing your experience and career within Corporate Restructuring & Advisory
