**Key Accountabilities**:

- _ Expected to ‘set’ and ‘run’ a machine as required, with the purpose of maximising shift output_
- _ Ability to set and run all folding machines and all formats of leaflets_
- _ Work to the agreed Quality levels and achieve the department quality targets_
- _ When required, offer practical advice (troubleshoot) on machine and other finishing related matters_

**Qualifications**:

- Educational and professional:_
- _ Minimum GCSE in Mathematics and English Language or equivalent_
- _ Previous experience working on and setting Machinery_
- _ PC literate_

**Knowledge, skills and experience**
- _ Previous manufacturing experience (advantageous)_
- _ Ability to work flexibly as part of a team_
- _ Communication skills_
- _ Awareness of current Health & Safety practices_
- _ Problem solving skills_
