The opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Machine Setter to join our dynamic printing business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine setting, be mechanically minded with knowledge of leaflet machine operations, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. If you have experience in machine setting, particularly in printing, pharmaceuticals, or manufacturing industries, and are mechanically minded.

How you will impact WestRock: 

Expected to ‘set’ and ‘run’ a machine as required, with the purpose of maximising shift output Ability to set and run all folding machines and all formats of leaflets Work to the agreed Quality levels and achieve the department quality targets When required, offer practical advice (troubleshoot) on machine and other finishing related matters 

What you need to succeed : 

Previous experience of working on and setting machines would be advantageous (ideally in a printing, pharmaceuticals or food environment).
