**TRAINEE FINANCIAL ADVISOR**

Due to exceptional business growth a new opening has arisen for a well educated Trainee Financial Advisor to join a Financial Planning and Investment company. This locally based organisation has not only building a reputation of putting their clients at the very heart of what they do but also being a hugely supportive and collaborative team. You will find yourself providing Financial Advisors with first class administrative support within set deadlines.

Salary £24-26K depending on experience plus benefits which include being part of an Employee Ownership Trust and quarterly incentives

Key responsibilities for the Trainee Financial Advisor include,
- Under supervision, attend client meetings
- Draft accurate notes, asset statements and cashflow analysis
- Follow company procedures on compliance, new business records and contact history

The ideal Trainee Financial Advisor will need,
- A degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Economics, Law or similar and specifically looking to progress a career within the world of Financial Services
- Be well-presented with professional verbal/written communication skills
- Be process driven with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to complete work in a timely manner and to deadlines
- Ability to listen, analyse and make sound judgements on information
- Ability to establish rapport with clients, colleagues and 3rd parties
