Marketing Product and Pos Communications Coordinator

Do you want to help Games Workshop deliver effective sales information to our sales channels and ensure all of the Point of Sale (PoS) they need to be successful is created and delivered on time?

Are you excited by helping our sales teams understand what each new product is and why our customers will want to buy them each week, and ensuring every new piece of PoS is clearly communicated across the business and delivered on time, every time?

As Marketing Product and PoS Communications Coordinator, you will be responsible for helping the marketing team deliver key information and PoS to support the individual business areas. This is a cross-functional role, working with multiple teams across our vertically integrated global business, to communicate and coordinate these items and ensure their effective delivery and implementation. You will need to understand the progress of projects, manage blockers and hurdles and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed.

Ensuring the delivery of new product information and PoS to the right people at the right time will be key.

To do this successfully, being organised, building relationships, actively communicating with stakeholders, and being delivery focused are essential parts of this role.

In this role you will be:

- Putting together weekly sales and operations briefs for our retail and trade teams and delivering them on time
- Working with the Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Events, and Sales teams to identify the specifications of every new piece of PoS and communicating that across the business
- Working with the sourcing Teams to ensure they have all the technical requirements to source requested PoS items
- Working with the logistics team to ensure all PoS is on track to be delivered on time
- Regularly reviewing the status of all PoS items
- Keeping internal stakeholders updated on progress/changes
- Simultaneously managing multiple PoS projects
- Proven skills/experience in Planning
- Previous experience working alongside Sales teams (desirable but not essential)
- Strong interpersonal and rapport-building skills
- Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written)
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- A true team player
- Excellent organisation skills
- Commercial awareness
