**EQUANS is looking for a **Helpdesk Coordinator** **to join our team based in Westminster** **on a **permanent** **basis with hybrid working **opportunities** available (2 days per week). This is a** **full time** **role working 40** **hours per week. On offer is a salary banding of £28,000 - £30,000, dependant upon skills and experience as well as benefits package.**
**What will you deliver?**
- You must be able to demonstrate an organised approach to managing workloads
- Liaise with subcontractors / colleagues to see a job through to completion
- Maintain a view of all outstanding works and escalate anything becoming high risk to management
- Excellent communication, dealing with all levels of management, customers, clients, and suppliers both internal and external
- Raise purchase orders for reactive and planned works to subcontractors and suppliers.

**Who are we looking for?**
- Experience of working on a Facilities Management Help Desk covering a hard services environment
- Proficient in all MS Office programmes
- Experience in managing a workload via a Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system
- Ability to use own initiative as well as working effectively as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise own workload
- Excellent attention to detail
- Show proactive, flexible, and resourceful approach to delivering solutions.
This role includes a CTC (Counter Terrorist Check) check therefore ability to pass is essential.
