***Here at Liverpool Football Club, we are looking for
***Event Day Medical Coordinator that has a proven track record in healthcare management. Someone who has excellent organisational and communication skills, who is a team player, and can build positive working relationships across all areas of the event operation.
***
**We are looking for applicants that meet at least one of the following (or similar) criteria**:

- Be a registered Health Care Professional with experience of leading a multi-disciplinary team.
- Be a registered nurse with NMC registration.
- Be a paramedic with HPCP registration.
- Be a healthcare management/ member of the Institute of Healthcare Management.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Take Operational ownership of and prepare the medical plan for any given stadium event in line with Section 18 of The Guide to Safety at Sports Grounds 6th Edition (detail of this will be explained at interview stage).
- Ensure that the required number of medical professionals and their support staff are at the event and are appropriately briefed and deployed.
- Lead on operational matters and oversee clinical standards in respect of the medical plan.
- Ensure that the medical needs assessment is carried out in consultation with the relevant stakeholders/ partners namely, local authority, crowd doctors, NWAS, private medical care providers.
- Ensure that all stadium medical rooms and areas are safe, fit for purpose, and prepared for any stadium event where they may be required for use.
- Ensure that all medical equipment is correctly stored and serviceable, and the correct systems are in place for the disposal of medical waste.
- Ensure that all event day medical staff are appropriately briefed prior to each event, and debriefed post event.
- Ensure all medical incidents are recorded, collated, and correctly reported.
- Attend and report into pre-match briefing and post-match debrief.
