Nuriss are looking for an experienced aesthetic practitioner. Our clinic is located in the prestigious Upper Wimpole Street in Marylebone.

The role includes some evenings and Saturday's, with two full weekends off each month. We strive to give our team a good work / life balance. You will also benefit from a commission structure.

Nuriss offers a range of Aesthetic treatments including Exilis Elite, Emsculpt, Harmony XL Pro, PRP, injectables and many other advanced skincare treatments. You will offer skin consultations using Visia Scan technology and recommend cosmeceutical skincare products as well as carry out the clinical treatments.

**WHAT DO WE LOOK FOR?**

We look for someone who has a strong blend of energy and dedication, mixed with a genuine passion for the wellness and skincare industry. Other than the obvious traits, technical skills and experience, we also look for interesting and sociable people, after all we all spend a large percentage of our day together We do offer training and guidance as part of the role but we are looking for a practitioner with an existing portfolio of successful treatments from which to build on.

**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**

**Essential**:

- Beauty Therapy, NVQ 3 and 4
- Minimum of 3+ years experience working as an aesthetic practitioner
- Experience with 3+ years of laser rejuvenation treatments and radiofrequency

**Desirable**:

- Proven sales success and experience with achieving targets
- Experience with CRM Systems/booking software
- Organised and punctual
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to build rapport
- Confidence to recommend products and treatments
- Pride in his/her appearance
- Openness/friendly manner

**Hours**:Part time role varying from 24 hours per week - 30 house per week. Maternity locum cover is also needed and this will be agreed based on an individual's availability but a minimum of 3 days per week is required.

**Salary**:£28,500-32,000K **pro rata depending on experience, **plus sales commission.**

**REPORTS TO**:Medical Director, Practice Manager

**OUTLINE DUTIES**: Through close liaison with the practice manager and medical director deliver outstanding clinical and aesthetic treatments to Nuriss Skincare and Wellness patients.

**1. KEY DUTIES**:

- To carry out or participate in consultations with prospective patients to determine individual needs and to make recommendations on appropriate treatments and products
- To deliver a range of high quality treatments to patients of Nuriss Skincare & Wellness Ltd with due care
- Promote the interests of both the client and Nuriss Skincare and Wellness Ltd
- Provide support and advice to clinics in all treatment matters, escalating as appropriate
- To perform other duties that may be given from time to time by Management

**2. PATIENT CARE**
- To deliver exceptional customer care and develop a professional rapport with clients, ensuring that they are confident and satisfied with their treatments
- Promote partnership with patients and promote their right to informed choice and support their ability to self care
- To ensure patient safety is maintained as a key priority, and in line with CQC requirements
- To ensure all relevant standards are adhered to at all times

**3. ADMINISTRATION**
- To ensure patient notes are completed in full and in a timely manner using Nuriss Skincare and Wellness Ltd chosen CRM system
- To ensure before and after pictures are taken and stored on the patient’s file with Nuriss Skincare and Wellness Ltd chosen CRM system
- To participate in audit
- To ensure incidents or adverse reactions are reported and incident form completed in accordance with company policy

**4. COMMUNICATION**
- To develop and maintain a close working relationship with Nuriss management and other team members to ensure the very best customer service is provided at all times
- Contribute towards sharing of good practice within the organisation

**5. FINANCIAL**
- To meet, or exceed, the KPI Targets as outlined by Nuriss Management
- To liaise regularly with the Sales Team and other Nuriss Management departments in providing sales information and reports as directed
- To ensure profit maximisation is achieved through effective cost control measures
- To work in accordance with the objectives of the company and in a timely and cost effective manner
- To promote and recommend products and services, maximising opportunities for sales and referrals
- To participate in promotional activities as required

**6. PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATION**
- Actively participate in your own professional development in accordance with objectives identified at Appraisal Review, demonstrating professional commitment
- Active professional development programme ensures an up to date knowledge of treatment and progress within the specialist areas
