**UX Manager role**:
We are looking for a permanent **UX Manager**to join our Digital Marketing team.

The **UX Manager **will be responsible for the development and improvement of client-centric journeys across BSI’s Group digital properties, ensuring that the experiences are optimised for delivery across channels and meet relevant KPIs.

**Key responsibilities as our UX Manager**:

- Driving a user-centric design approach with rapid testing and iterative prototyping
- Uncovering and designing brand-consistent client experiences across BSI’s digital properties
- Utilising existing persona and behavioral research, and collaborating with the digital platforms, data & insights teams to develop processes of continual improvement
- Developing a user-centered design community of practice across the organisation
- Recommending best approaches for implementation of user experience

**Skills and experience required as our UX Manager???????**:

- Degree level or equivalent
- Relevant professional certifications
- Experience in a similar UX Manager role
- Extensive experience in a digital experience design, and relevant tools, in global organisations
- User experience expert with a history of identifying and driving improvements across multichannel client journeys
- Significant experience with UX tools and techniques, including user interviews, competitor analysis, user journey mapping, and running design workshops
- Working with internal business teams and external agencies to develop improvements to digital experiences on BSI’s global website
- Advocacy and communication of best practices across global organisations
- Experience in the creation of wireframes, low or high-fidelity prototypes, mock-ups and user flows
