**The Role**

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Webcast Producer to join our experienced Webcast team managing webcasts, virtual events and webinars including client engagement and communications from beginning to end. You’ll build webcast microsites, and specify, handle and troubleshoot production equipment for our events in the UK, Europe and worldwide.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Management and execution of webcasts, virtual events and webinars for our corporate clients.
- Managing all elements of the webcast production process directly with clients end to end, including the build of webcast players, booking of audio/visual production, site visits, coordinating content delivery and event production, live broadcasting and recording of webcasts, reporting and quality assurance.
- Continuously deliver high levels of customer service to our clients.
- Work closely with the other producers, virtual event managers, product and sales to ensure a seamless service is provided to our clients.
- Designing and creating bespoke webcast players, using CSS.
- Some travel overseas may be required.

**Who You Are**
- Demonstratable experience in a webcasting/streaming environment, with a good understanding of streaming technology and equipment
- Excellent project management and organisational skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure and to strict deadlines
- Confident and effective client communication skills; ability to engage stakeholders from associates to the C-suite
- Calm and resilient in a fast-paced environment; able to multi-task and troubleshoot while communicating clearly and positively with colleagues and clients
- Proven track record of effective time management
- Basic CSS and HTML
- Excellent written communication; attention to detail and diplomacy
- Be a strong team player and able to work independently
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems on the fly
- Knowledge of video production would be an advantage
