**The role & what you take care of**:
The finance team are seeking a Finance Business Partner, with a keen eye for detail and a curious and questioning approach, who can support the triangulation of activity to understand the impact across the short and medium term (1-3 years). Is this you?

**Your key responsibilities would be**:

- Partnering with business leaders to understand and support change in the short term and medium term, enabling robust forecasts, and updates to our medium, and long-term business planning.
- Supporting the business, with the accounts team, on the analysis of projects and cost benefit models
- Adding a critical eye on investment appraisals
- Developing strong social value reporting, drawing out links to financial investment
- Co-ordinating and writing clear and concise reports for leadership and executive overviews.

**What you need to be successful**:

- You will ideally be a qualified accountant or have excellent experience in similar roles.
- You should also be able to work alone and as part of a team, be strong against meeting deadlines as well as being a good communicator.
