**This role matters**:St John’s Hospice is a very special place, and our Facilities Management team work hard to keep our building and premises welcoming, safe and in good order. This is a role where everyday you can make a difference to the patients, families and visitors who visit our Hospice, and the teams that deliver outstanding care.

We are looking for an individual with a range of practical maintenance skills and abilities to work with our Facilities Coordinator and Maintenance Volunteers by carrying out minor repairs and tasks, could this be you? The role will include maintaining facilities and equipment in accordance with legislative requirements; effective and accurate records for compliance purposes; and carrying out routine fleet vehicle maintenance checks.

**PAY**: In the region of £24,000 per annum, pro rata (dependent on experience)

**HOURS**:Up to 25 per week, working pattern to be agreed, with occasional out of hours work
